Shocking video shows a millionaire investment banker punching a Black woman following a pride event in New York.

On Saturday (June 8), a man, identified as 52-year-old Jonathan Kaye, appeared to hit a Black woman, knocking her to the ground as people were seen leaving the 28th annual Brooklyn Pride Multicultural Festival in a video that surfaced on social media, per The Independent.

A bystander appeared to rush to help the woman after the punch sent her to the ground. In the video, other onlookers could be heard calling the assailant an "a**hole" and telling him “go f**k himself."

“This guy punched me in the face today and broke my nose. [He also] busted up my friends[sic] arm... can anyone find him?” the video's caption reads.

It's unclear what unfolded before the attack. A man is heard in the video saying: “She f**king threw s**t all over me.”

Moelis & Company, the Manhattan investment bank where Kaye reportedly serves as a managing director, released a statement following the incident.

“We have become aware that one of our employees was involved in a serious incident in Brooklyn on June 8. We take this matter very seriously and are conducting an investigation,” a spokesperson for the company said.

The incident hasn't been formally reported to the police, but a spokesperson said the New York Police Department is aware of the video circulating online.

“We encourage anyone who has been a victim to file a police report,” the spokesperson said.
